  I have never heard of Pigma, and can not find any references to it in any of my books. The only "cousin" to turquoise I am aware of is an mineral called Variscite. Variscite is more of a green color, and is often confused with turquoise.

    Sounds like it might be a colloquialism for variscite or faustite.
