Hello.
I was looking for the correct place to wriute my question, with hopes of it being answered by experiences people in this field.
I just found this website a few moments ago :-)
I'm generally not an expert when it comes to stones, crystals, etc.
I wear a Moldavite pendant, and sometimes a Desert Glass one.
I recently got an interesting amulet that has a rather large metal-ish piece, a very distinct tektike look to it.
I searched on the net, and almost gave up the search until I found a picture of what is known as "Lek-Lai"
No doubt, Lek-Lai is the necklace.
I found very little information about it on the net, just some pages that can't be relied on, and no "expert" points of view.
Here's what can be found: www.thai-amulets.com/leklai1.htm
I'm wondering, if anyone here has experience with Lek-Lai. I'm talking from a spiritual evolution point of view, just like I find the Moldavite very helpful.
Thank you!

Wed, October 7, 2009 - 10:14 AMWhat you have looks "botryoidal" which according to your link is the best kind of Lek-Lai. It could be a number of metals or compunds though it does look like hematite:
en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Botryoidal
Have fun with it.

Wed, October 7, 2009 - 10:24 AMWow, yes, it looks exactly like that Botryoidal hematite picture in wiki. It also has that light brown rustish parts on the other raw side of the amulet. Thanks Solari.
